Returns & Replacements

  All products sold on LittleBearElectric.online have passed strict quality tests and have sound market recognition. LittleBearElectric.Online as seller also engage ourselves to satisfactory user experience. Each machine (parts and special sales such as gift set are not included) sold by our website enjoys our warm after-sale service subject to below return & exchange policy.

1.   7-day no reason return

1) Nonfood products: goods can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2) For non product quality problems, customers need to send the products back to the customer service center at their own expense.

3) If the products are returned due to quality problems, we will shoulder the freight.

Note:

1)Customers need to/shall email to service@littlebearelectric.com within 7 days from the date of product delivery for 7-day no reason returns and exchange, and overdue will not be handled;

2) LittleBearElectric.Online has no responsibility for the loss in the process of shipping back to the customer service center, and customers can claim for corresponding compensation with the express company;

3) For goods without quality problems, we cannot process the return or exchange if the original package was discarded, or any parts were missing;

4) If the goods are returned, the gifts in purchase shall be returned in full;

5) When placing an order, if you enjoy all kinds of preferential policies, such as combination preferential policies, group purchase, or any other gifts, all the preferential policies will be deducted from the refund, and LittleBearElectric.Online reserves the right to explain the preferential amount;

 

The return process is as follows:

Step 1: Apply for return

Please send an email to service@littlebearelectric.com to apply for return & replacement service and explain the reasons why you want to return & replacement goods. Your order number and order information should be included.

Step 2: Confirmation

Our Customer Service will contact you by Email or phone within a working day once we receive your return & replacement application. We will send you the return address if the item has no quality problems. If the product has quality problem we send you a return label.

Step 3: Return Product

Please send the product back to our address within 10 days after you receive our emails. Otherwise, you will be regarded as giving up return & replacement service.

Step 4: Refund

After we receive your goods and have confirmed the condition of the goods, we will refund you within 48 hours if you want to return the product. And if you want to exchange goods, we will send you a new product in 48 hours.

 

2.  30 Days Replacements

    Within 30 days from the delivery date, we will bear the postage fee and replace you with a same new item if an item has quality problem. If the item has a problem with replaceable component, we will send you a new component for free, instead of exchanging the whole product.

    3.  One year warranty

      All electrical appliances sold by LittleBearElectric.Online are provided with one-year warranty service (those with extended warranty service can be guaranteed according to the extended warranty time).

      Note:

      1) During the warranty period, we cannot arrange free maintenance for cases like:

      * Fail to provide the order number and other information to prove that the item was purchased from LittleBearElectric.Online;

      * Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly or reconstruction;

      * Damage caused by mistake, negligence or improper human use;

      * Failure or damage caused by non-household use (such as long-term use and bad places).

      2) During the warranty, if the accessories or parts of the product are damaged, only the corresponding accessories and parts will be replaced;

      3) For products beyond warranty, if any parts need to be replaced or repaired, the maintenance fee shall be charged as appropriate, and the customer shall bear the two-way freight.

       

      How to apply for warranty:

      1) Within the free warranty period

      Step 1: Email service@littlebearelectric.com to ask for maintenance and indicate the reason for maintenance, provide photos or small videos to show the trouble, and also attach your order number and the original shipping address;

      Step 2: After receiving your repair request, our customer service center will send you an email containing the shipping label if it is confirmed to meet the free warranty terms. Please send the goods back within 10 days after receiving the email;

      Step 3: After receiving the goods you need to repair, we will complete the repair of the goods or replace the new parts within 2 week(Excluding logistics time, and the cost of repair and the return freight shall be borne by us.

      2) Beyond the free warranty period

      Step 1: Contact our customer service center through email to ask for maintenance and indicate the reason for maintenance, provide photos or small videos to show the trouble, and also attach your order number and the original shipping address;

      Step 2: After receiving your repair request, our customer service center will arrange the repair process. You need to ship the item back for repair and you have to bear the both way shipping fee and the charge of repairmen;

       

      4.  Problems during shipping

        Damaged During Delivery

        1) We will make a decision based on the damage to replace you with a new product or just the broken component;

        2) Please contact us by email or phone call within three days you receive the broken item;

        3) Please do not use the damaged product, otherwise you will be regarded as accepting this product and we will not offer replacement service;

        4) Please provide pictures of damaged product from different angles or videos. We will reply you within a workday.

        Please contact our Customer Service Center by phone or Email within 3 days if your item is damaged during delivery.

        Lost During Delivery

        Please contact the express company by phone call in 2 days if you didn’t receive the product while the status showed delivered. If they cannot you’re your package in 48 hours, please contact us by email or phone call. We’ll investigate and arrange another shipment for you.
